The Readikit® Modular Kitchen Solutions team responded to a market demand for a designer, quality flat pack kitchen component solution, including a range of readi-to-go flat packed kit options that are manufactured here in Australia, tailored to your kitchen lifestyle needs.
We also wanted to make our range accessible throughout Australia including many regional areas so that quality classic, modern and fashionable kitchen and living design opportunities were more readily available, whilst still being value for money.
Our affordable, value for money products are available through a Readikit Retailer network of over 150 retail locations Australia wide, to assist to make it easier for you to find a retailer closer to you that can help, support and guide you through your preparation, design, selection and assembly. They are also likely to have a network of tradespeople handy to you. It’s recommended that you always consult suitably qualified and certified tradespeople at the start, to consider all electrical, gas & plumbing, building services, local and Australian building codes, standards and requirements including structural soundness and suitability up front, to eliminate or reduce surprises later. Some renovations might also require building or planning permits, subject to the nature and value of the intended renovation. We also recommend you speak to your local council up front, so that they can assist to advise. Refer to the Readi-Hints section of this website for further guideline assistance and information.

Readikit Cabinets & Coloured Units come complete:
- All cabinet side, shelves and backs use Whiteboard MR, a moisture resistant factory laminated particleboard.
- Use a 1mm ABS (excluding corner units), eliminating dark edges and improving impact resistance.
- Our one fix cam lock system, for easy cabinet assembly with less fuss.
- Hardware kits including connecting screws and one fix cam-locks.
- All coloured units come complete with cam lock covers, coloured shelves, coloured unit sides & hinge hardware where applicable.
- No hinge hole drilling is required; it's all been done for you.
- Quality hinges are included to suit cabinet door configuration.
- Smooth action drawer runners are included in all drawer cabinets, with Whiteboard MR drawer backs and bases for sturdy construction.
- Metal Drawer sides in all drawer cabinets, to provide durability and longevity.

- Our Formica Melamine doors:
- are made from double-sided Melamine and a Moisture Resistant MDF core, for greater impact resistance.
- use premium 2mm ABS edging for greater resistance against general wear and tear.
- All single sided Vinyl Gloss doors & drawer fronts are made with a Moisture Resistant MDF core for a polished look yet solid feel.
- All Formica Melamine & Vinyl Gloss Door styles and profiles are available in a stunning range of designer colours and profiles.
- Our Aluminium frame doors with frosted inserts are very stylish, and add design impact to any kitchen!
- All doors and drawer fronts are pre-drilled to suit hinges or drawer systems to make installation simpler.
- Doors and Drawer Fronts are not pre-drilled for handles, allowing you the flexibility to choose and install your preferred choice of handle from the Readikit range.
